About Dr. ashwin Mallya
Specializations
I am well trained in all aspects of Urology with a special interest in Urologic oncology and Endourology. Having completed the coveted Vattikuti Fellowship in Urologic Robotics, I have served as faculty at Medanta Hospital and Narayana Hospital, Gurugram. I am currently a Consultant Urologist and Robotic Surgeon at the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. In addition to this, I am part of teaching faculty (Associate Professor) at Ganga Ram Institute of Postgraduate Medical education and research (GRIPMER). I have acquired skills and mentorship from the best in India as well as United States (USC, Keck, Los Angeles) and France (IMM and Hospital Tenon, Paris) in the fields of Uro-Robotics and Endourology.
Academic Accomplishments
I have won several awards during my medical training right from Undergraduation to postgraduation and super speciality training. I was selected to visit European centres (Prague, Paris)for training and observerships during M.Ch Urology in 2015. I was also selected for the Young Urologists award at the Urology Association of Asia, Kyoto, Japan 2018.
I am well published in academic journals with over 20 PubMed indexed articles. I have presented in conferences across the world (AUA, EAU, USI, RSCI) and have won awards for the same.
